In-person appointments are payable by CASH ONLY.

Personal Psychic Reading or Medium Reading:

15 minutes........................................$25

30 minutes........................................$35

**A minimum of 30 minutes is required for medium readings

 Please be aware that we use a phone service which tracks all calls, both incoming and outgoing and these phone records are retained indefinitely.  So as to prevent fraudulent chargebacks, etc., we will not accept calls from a blocked or private number for your phone reading.  When calling in for your phone reading, PLEASE UNBLOCK YOUR NUMBER first or your call will not be taken and any time that "eats into" your appointment while you call us back will be your responsibility. 

AT YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME FOR A PHONE READING, CALL 310-325-3733.  If your call is not answered right away, please hang up and wait 2 minutes, then call again.  Keep calling every 2 minutes until your call is answered.  If your call is answered and you are asked to call back in a certain amount of minutes, DO NOT WAIT LONGER to call back.  Any time you wait over the time requested will be deducted from your reading time.  In any effort to be courteous, some people who are asked to call back in 3 minutes will wait 10-15 minutes before calling back, putting Savina behind for her next readings.  Thank you.

GROUP READINGS:

Group Medium Reading: $150/hour (2 hour minimum. $25 for each additional person over 10 people)

Psychic Readings for a party/special event: $150/hour (2 hour minimum)

In-person readings are payable by cash only.

Phone readings are payable with a credit card or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:

While a minimum of 2 hours is requested for a cancellation of a private reading to ensure that your time slot can be given to someone else, we understand that this is not always possible, so please call our office at 310-325-3733 as soon as you know you won't make your appointment.  The first time an appointment is missed without a phone call will not be charged, however, you will be required to pay for the 2nd and future missed appointments (where we were not contacted) before a new appointment will be set. 

If you miss your phone reading without calling us once, the charge will be at the discretion of the office manager, however we will often give you a credit for a future session.  For the 2nd and future missed phone readings without a phone call to us, the charge will stand. 

 24 hours notice is required for a group reading/event cancellation.  If less than 24 hours notice is given, the deposit will not be refunded.
